I have just started krauting and I’m totally hooked. It’s a fascinating and delicious world.
I see you have a workshop coming up in vancouver and I’m wondering what it would take to get you over to Victoria for a day. I do a fair bit of promotional work, Although I have a music industry(see website) back ground I have worked on events with David Wolfe and I have a few great connections in the food and conscious eating community here in Victoria. We could probably use cafe Bliss or larger venue if need be.
