This class will cover how to make it safely at home, including secondary flavoring. Sample various seasonal kombucha flavors!
We will also pick fresh herbs right from the farm to use in flavoring our kombucha!
The experience includes:
– Instruction on how to make kombucha at home
– A flight of Kombucha tasters
– A walk through Wild Willow Farm to pick herbs to flavor your own bottle of kombucha
– A live kombucha culture (SCOBY) to take home
– A take-home 16oz bottle of kombucha that you will infuse with seasonal fruits and herbs
We\’ll be Sunday Sippin\’ on some Boochcraft high-alcohol kombucha (must be 21yo+ to enjoy).
