– Learn how to make cultured milk & milk products through fermentation!
– Learn about nutrient-dense raw (unpasteurized) milk and its superpowers from the founder of Raw Farm USA, the largest raw dairy in California!

The experience includes:
– A presentation by Mark McAfee (CEO & Founder of Raw Farm, and Raw Milk Institute) about the benefits of raw milk
– Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits
– Demo and sampling of raw and cultured probiotic-rich dairy foods such as yogurt, kefir, and fresh cheese!
– Holiday bonus: Sample cultured eggnog
– Includes a take-home milk kefir culture

We’ll be snacking on some raw dairy treats such as raw milk, kefir, butter and cheese! Homemade sourdough bread will also be served.
