I am holding a Sauerkraut making demonstration/workshop in my apartment in Chicago on Saturday July 6, from 11:00 am to 12:15 pm.

The cost to attend is $13.99, we will be making homemade sauerkraut, and I will be demoing how to make beet kvass as well. Participants should bring a cutting board and a knife if they would like, I will provide all other ingredients and materials. Everyone will leave with their own hand made quart jar of sauerkraut. Cabbage, carrots, garlic, salt, and spices will be available to add as you like.
