Join us for a hands-on workshop where we will make Kombucha ~ a fermented drink made from tea and packed full of probiotics.
In this workshop we will look at how to brew delicious kombucha at home. We’ll cover all your fermentation questions – flavouring, first and second fermentation, carbonation and scobys, and you’ll leave with your own starter kit to make your own.
Alice MacKinnon is a plant based chef, cookery teacher and product consultant living in London. A real fermentation enthusiast, she has recently moved back from Los Angeles where she taught at the Matthew Kenney Culinary School.
