Trevor will first demo the basics of making kombucha and then participants will dive into the basics of harvesting wild yeast through a hands-on wild soda activity. We\’ll finish the workshop talking about the variables for creating the ideal carbonation. Grab a beer, taste some homemade beverages throughout the workshop, and walk away with handouts, a kombucha SCOBY (aka mother) and a jar of soda to ferment at home!
