We are a group of fermentation enthusiasts offering low-cost workshops to spread our love of all things fermented! We run monthly workshops in South London where you can find out more about Korean Kimchi, a spicy, fermented cabbage that is gaining huge popularity in the U.K.
All participants will make a 1-litre Kilner jar full of raw, vegan Kimchi to take home and ferment.
