In this small hands-on workshop you will learn the basics and benefits of fermented foods and make your own jar of Kimchi to take home and enjoy. Everything is provided but bring an apron if you like to get messy (this is optional!). You’ll take home a 0.5l jar of kimchi. Full instructions provided by email.
The recipe I use in the workshop is raw, vegan and sugar-free.
