Our short course title is \”2014 Industrial Food & Drug Fermentation and Separation Biotechnology Short Course\”, sponsored by Food Protein R&D Center at Texas A&M University.
The theme of this course is “Principle, Process, Recovery, and Product”. It will be held at the Rudder Tower, Texas A&M University Campus, in College Station, Texas from February 2-4, 2014.
