The focus of this program will be on incorporating the plants that grow around us in daily life for food and medicine. We will learn about herbal medicine, wild food and traditonal food preparation. In addition, participants will be invited to shift and change their own health paradigm. Be prepared to be delighted and stretched at the same time! This is a very full experience, participants should be prepared to experience the plants on all levels.
This program takes place in West Bend, WI on an organic farm. The farm is adjacent to a nature center and the Wisconsin River runs through the property. There is a labyrinth for participants to enjoy. Many of the vegetables and eggs included in meal are sourced on the farm. This location provides us with lots of opportunity for exploring the plants that grow around us. The exact location will be provided upon registration.
