Fermentation Class with Sandor Katz, Saturday July 9 from 1-3pm. The class is only $35, VIP meet & greet luncheon + class is $55 (maximum of 20 guests for lunch, maximum of 100 guests for class). Sandor Katz is a leading expert on fermentation. He has written the books “Wild Fermentation,” “The Art of Fermentation,” and “The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved.” His work has been featured on NPR, the New York Times, and CHOW magazine.
