We\’re excited to be back at Sweetwater for the third year in a row! Over the years, we\’ve helped raise almost $1,000 for the farm to support its various programs!

In this year\’s workshop, you will learn about fermented food, then roll up your sleeves to make some kimchi, a Korean spicy fermented dish, made with seasonal vegetables picked fresh from the farm! You\’ll take home your own jar to ferment and enjoy!
