Fermenting with Food Waste

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is taught by others (not Sandor).

Aber Food Forum/ Community Cafe : Annie Levy, an experienced and experimental fermenter, will be demonstrating making sauerkraut as an easy and accessible method of fermenting food. Tuesday November 1st, 6pm-8.30pm
at St Paul’s Methodist Hall, Aberystwyth. Afterwards, we\’ll all eat together!

Meals will be charged at a split rate, with the higher rate being £10 per person, and the lower rate being £5 per person.
