Bring a fermented dish to share (or don\’t)! Chapter meetings are informal gatherings where local fermenters get together and talk about all things fermented.
Please bring some homemade fermented (or otherwise) snacks to share and swap, as well as any cultures you have to swap.
Each month, we will have a special guest speaker and/or topic. Special Guest: Grant Fraley, co-founder of Chuck Alek Independent Brewers. Grant will talk about his craft, especially sour beers!
