We are excited to resume meetings for the North County San Diego Chapter of Fermenters Club!
Chapter meetings are informal gatherings where local fermenters get together and talk about all things fermented.
We will be meeting in an outdoor space where there is lots of room to stay safe.
Please bring some homemade fermented (or otherwise) snacks to share and swap, as well as any cultures you have to swap.
We also suggest that you create labels listing the ingredients on your dishes. We have some handy recipe-ingredient cards you can download and pre-print!
