A 4 hour hands on workshop covering all you need to know to ferment vegetables successfully. Covering brined vegetables, shredded vegetables (dry salted) liquid veg ferments (beet kvass and rejuvelac). You\’ll leave with 2-3 jars of ferments you\’ve made yourself.
