I will share information about the gut microbiome, its role in health and how we can better support it. The emerging science in this area is fascinating. We will also talk about the ancient food-preserving process that is bacterial fermentation, how it works and why these foods and drinks matter so much to health.

I will show you how to make water kefir, kombucha and milk kefir and we will taste a selection of fermented drinks. We will share a delicious, nourishing dinner together to give you some inspiration for eating and drinking with gut health in mind. I will have milk kefir, water kefir and kombucha starters for you to take home with you, should you wish to.
