Introduction to Sourdough

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is taught by others (not Sandor).

A hands-on sourdough bread making class with Elle who has studied with award-winning baker/food writer Dan Lepard. Dan, known for his innovative approach to baking, regularly features in The Guardian & Delicious magazine.

Part of a series of regular fermentation workshops run by Elle Fox, a GAPS qualified naturopath and Sandorkraut enthusiast, held in the rustic kitchen of a local biodynamic farm, using the fresh farm produce.

Workshops and masterclasses on sauerkraut, kimchi, sourdough, kefir, kombucha and other seasonal ferments.

Cultures and starters to take away, including kefir grains, kombucha SCOBYs and sourdough starters.

Local artisans contribute fermented foods, hand-made fermentation weights and other bespoke objects.

Part of the workshop proceeds go to support farm projects.
