Learn about kombucha, vinegar, and naturally carbonated sodas, including how to make them! This workshop is at a beginner to intermediate level and aims to encourage people to hop on the fermentation bandwagon. Presenter Carly Smith has experience with a broad range of fermentation topics and has done various workshops in the past.

This workshop is part of the Energy Fair hosted by the Midwest Renewable Energy Association. There will be other workshops on fermentation, sustainable food, alternative energy, and more.
