Join us for a virtual conversation with Sandor Katz to explore the transformative power of fermentation as a tool for reducing food waste, and his knowledge of lesser known ferments.

Sandor will be followed by an in person discussion with a panel of local food producers sharing their journey toward sustainability, facilitated by global food system sustainability champion, Rayne van den Berg.
