Join us to discover the magnificent world of fermentation where we’ll feed you delicious ferments from around the world. We will make an Eastern European sauerkraut will enhance your every meal with flavour. No prior knowledge of home fermentation is necessary, we will make sure that you leave confident to continue this journey of flavour magicanship in your own home. We will eat, make and talk about different ways of how you can include a variety of fermented foods in your daily diet.

We kindly ask you to bring two clean ½ litre jars with you – they don’t have to be Kilner jars with a rubber ring, they can be recycled jars with screw top lids. Please let us know when booking if you have any allergies.

We strongly believe that food brings all the people together and this is an opportunity for us to contribute to #CookForUkraine initiative set up by Olia Hercules and Alissa Timoshkina. All the proceeds from the workshop will go directly to their fundraising for UNICEF UK Ukraine Appeal that supports children and families affected by the war.
