SANDOR KATZ WILD FERMENTATION WORKSHOP
Join this hands-on workshop to learn how to make your own sauerkraut, kefir,
and other fermented delicacies. Learn about the healing qualities and nutritional
importance of live-culture ferments, as well as their history and integral role in
human cultural evolution. Empower yourself with simple techniques for
fermenting these healthful foods in your home. Connect with others in the
community working to build a local sustainable food culture.
