Drinking the Landscape Through Wild-Fermented Sodas

Join us for a vibrant workshop where you can learn how to turn your favorite seasonal fruit, herbs and flowers into delicious, fermented sodas! Trevor, founder of Community Cultures, will introduce you to the world of wild fermentation and share the simple practices you need to know to create bubbly, non-alcoholic beverages. Participants will find inspiration for flavor in the local landscape and walk away with soda to ferment at home. This is a great workshop for beginner and intermediate fermenters, as well as herbalists, gardeners, and foragers.

Trevor Ring is the founder of Community Cultures. He has taught for a decade, worked for numerous agriculture, food and fermentation businesses, and run various fermentation CSAs. He is most excited about sharing his knowledge of fermentation and utilizing seasonal and regional ingredients to inspire his ferments.
