Spend the day connecting with the cultures of Dayton and sharing your culture! We will trade fermented goodies, learn about fermented foods across cultures and how they can bring us together. From sauerkraut in Germany to Kimchi in Japan, we all love the ferments. Locals will discuss their tactics and techniques from cheesemaking to homebrewing to food preservation and their general path of health and wellness.
