This holiday themed class will feature eggnog, made with cultured milk (aka kefir). This class will teach you how to turn cow milk into more nutritious and healthy food!
The experience includes:
– Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits
– Demo and sampling of probiotic-rich dairy foods such as kefir, and of course, eggnog!
– A take-home bottle of kefir eggnog
