Cultured Dairy (Kefir) DIY Workshop

Time: 10am to 12pm

Learn how to make fermented dairy products from milk– nature’s most perfect food!
This class will teach you how to turn cow and goat milk into more nutritious and healthy foods!

The experience includes:
– Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits
– Demo and sampling of probiotic-rich dairy foods such as yogurt, kefir, and fresh cheese!
– Live kefir grains culture to take home
– A DIY take-home jar of milk kefir
