This vegetable fermentation workshop includes an exploration of basic vegetable lactofermentation principles, different preservation techniques, and tips and tricks that will help you as you experiment on your own.

The workshops are hands-on, so expect to chop, mix, and taste! You\’ll leave with two different products (1.5 litres in total) to ferment at home and my \”ABCs of Vegetable Lactofermentation\” handbook to guide you in future projects.
