The Basics of Lacto-Fermentation

Angela Davis, holistic health coach and certified healing foods specialist, will lead a workshop on how to preserve fresh vegetables through the traditional yet simple method of lacto-fermentation.

In this class, you will learn how to make sauerkraut and other fermented veggies. We’ll discuss the healing qualities and nutritional importance of live-culture foods. There will be a demo on how to make sauerkraut and all participants will receive a handout with instructions and recipe.
