Final questions

Bayou Sarah Farms is a water buffalo dairy farm in the beautiful hill country of St. Francisville, Louisiana. The first of it’s kind in the state. It is run by Sarah Roland, who manages a herd of 22 water buffalo, hogs, chickens, honey bees, and a blueberry and fruit orchard. The farm practices sustainable rotational grazing with their herd of buffalo and laying hens to support a healthy ecosystem and mimic natural patterns. These happy, healthy, 100% grass-fed water buffalo produce the highest quality milk for cheese and gelato. We look forward to hosting you!
