Art of Fermentation with Alabama Extension

Sandor Ellix Katz will talk about all the ways produce can be fermented and do it safely. He will talk about Kimchi, Kombucha, Keifer and Fermenting Produce of all kinds.

The workshop of actually preparing sauerkraut is limited to 30 people and will be an additional $25 dollars. To participate in the workshop you will need to bring a wide mouth quart jar and lid and an apron we will have knives and cutting boards and shredders
