The Florida Ferment Fest is the biggest fermentation party of the year! The event brings together the state’s most passionate fermentation professionals and enthusiasts for a day of education and fun. The festival features workshops, demos, a fermentation market, brew garden, culture swap, kraut mob, fermenting competition, a big feast, and lots of fermento camaraderie!
