wouldn't see why not - they have sugar in them.
although i haven't tried to do it. My initial idea would be to add water and pulverize them, ferment, then press like you might do with a red wine... Not sure about tannins, though, so you might get some wacky flavors.
if you have a bunch of them, try 1 gal at a time?
would be interested in hearing how it goes!
