You could maybe add a very small amount of gin, but probably not enough to get an appreciable juniper berry flavor. Too much alcohol will inhibit your fermentation, and if you pour a bottle of gin in your crock, you'll just get gin-drunken cabbage.
Juniper berries are not a required ingredient for kraut - beyond cabbage and salt anything else is optional.
