How much natto?

Hi All,

I've been making and eating fermented foods for while now. I just made my first batch of natto because of the incredible health claims for it. And the batch turned out well. One thing--I can't find anywhere online where it tells how much natto one must eat for its therapeutic benefits. I find lots of sites that talk about nattokinase but not natto itself. Can anyone here point me to info on how much natto to eat to best reap its benefits?
