My soda turned very thick and gelatin-like and I've no idea if it can be fixed or what happened.
I've had this from a professional sodamaker, in small bottles, once or twice too, but this is the first time it's happened to me.
I'm using whey, cane sugar, water and, in this case cherry juice. I've done this before with this cherry juice, with tangerine juice and raspberries, and a few other ways but never had it happen like this.
It tastes fine but is just too weird, in a drink.
Any ideas, either on what could cause this or any ways to fix it?
