Wild Brine Recipe

Good morning,

I am a new member. This is my first post. I have been fermenting sauerkraut for one week. Although I have made kombucha for a few years, this is my first attempt at fermented vegetables. There is a brand called Wild Brine mild kimchi that I buy regularly. I decided to try to make something similar. My first batch after 6 days is ok but nowhere near as good as the Wild Brine product. Does anyone have any recipe tips for sauerkraut and or mild kimchi. I will read the posts here. Thank you to all who reply.
