The duo will show you how to start making fermented foods yourself at home using local and seasonal ingredients – we will make some simple seasonal fermented recipes which are loaded with healthy \”probiotic\” bacteria.
Tara will lead an open discussion on starter cultures as well as how to keep them healthy. Get a head start on giving your [cultured] friends the love they deserve.
