Vegetable Fermentation Workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn about fermenting veggies, but needed a \”hands on\” lesson showing you EXACTLY what to do? Thoroughbrewed\’s Danielle Shelton will be teaching a Vegetable Fermentation workshop at Sugar Bear\’s Garden, 1450 Richland Ave East, Aiken, SC, from 6:00 – 7:30 pm, Tuesday, April 14th. The workshop will be hands-on and EVERYONE will take home a jar of sauerkraut. Of course, sampling different kinds of veggie ferments is all part of the fun. Participants will also receive handouts with a few different fermentation recipes.
