Tempeh –

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is taught by others (not Sandor).

We’ll make tempeh from scratch during this class, eat a batch of freshly incubated tempeh, and learn how to grow and harvest Rhizopus mold spores used in the fermentation process. (This is soy-free class.)

  1. In case you weren’t aware of our website I thought you would be interested since the tempeh community is getting larger by the day. We produced Betsy’s Tempeh in Mich. for 9 1/2 years and people loved our product.
