This workshop is aimed at people wanting to start baking their own sourdough bread, using simple techniques and principles.
At the workshop we discuss benefits of eating sourdough, learn about different stages of making sourdough bread and how to make your own sourdough starter and how to care for it.
The workshop also includes mixing own bread dough and baking some pre fermented bread, which we will then taste. In the process we discuss a few ideas on how to use sourdough starter apart from bread baking.
At the end of the workshop you get a sourough starter kit with recipe and care instructions and some delicious freshly baked sourdough bread to take home.
