Sauerkraut and Kimchi workshop

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is taught by others (not Sandor).

Learn all about fermenting vegetables, with a special focus on kimchi and sauerkraut. Topics covered will include the history and biology of fermenting veggies, ingredients and variations on recipes, troubleshooting and FAQ, live demonstration, and hands-on making. Participants will leave with the confidence to safely ferment in their own homes, and will take home a jar of sauerkraut or kimchi to ferment on their own.
