Lacto-Fermented Condiments – Two Class Times!

In this class we’ll be making mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup and hot sauce – all of it lacto – fermented and you’ll take home about 1/2 cup of each to complete fermenting at home.  Your summer grilling will be taken to the next level as you dazzle your guests with gourmet condiments!

Come to the historic Dallas Farmer’s Market and learn to make your own gourmet condiments and dazzle your guests at your next summer bbq. We’ll make mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce which you will get to finish at home. You’ll also have the chance to sample finished examples of all of these and horseradish. The flavors of these are so delicious store bought doesn’t hold a candle to them. You’ll also get all of the recipes we make, plus horseradish and all of the recipes can be made dairy, gluten, sugar, and grain free and are Vegetarian and Paleo friendly.

Class limited to 15 participants

To participate in this class you must purchase below before noon on Thursday June 14th so I am able to plan accordingly. Your purchase for this class is not refundable as the ingredients are purchased  specifically for classes according to sign ups, however you may give it to a friend.

When: June 15th  – afternoon class 3:30 – 5:30 and evening class 7 – 9

Price: $45/person

Where: Dallas Farmer’s Market 1010 S. Pearl Expressway, Dallas, TX 75201 at the corner of Pearl Expwy and Farmers in the Multi Purpose Room on the second level.

Free parking with security. To park drive under the outdoor bridge between the two buildings and park in the rear. Enter the building on the right (where the Pegasus statue is) and take the elevator to the second level. Cross the outdoor bridge to enter the Multi Purpose Room.
