Come learn the basics of dairy fermentation with Andy Onion, teacher and food alchemist with Bubbling Bayou Ferments. In this two hour, hands on workshop, participants will learn about the basic process and health benefits of fermentation, as well as steps to make simple cheeses and yoghurts! Samples will be made in class, and Bubbling Bayou will have products for sale, ranging to ferments to ready-to-use yoghurt and kombucha making kits!
