Giving up gluten does not mean having to give up good bread (or muffins, pizza, pancakes, etc.). Instructor JoBeth Fruechtnicht is an experienced Gluten Free Sourdough Baker. In this class she will discuss how to keep a sourdough starter, baking tips, common problems with sourdough baking & how to avoid them, and why sourdough is a healthy choice. There will be homemade gf sourdough bread for the class to try. Participants will go home with their own sourdough starter, instructions, and recipes.
