A Do It Yourself Workshop – Pickles, Relish, and Chutney

These are condiments you can really use. We’ll put together some fresh delicious vegetable pickles, spicy onion relish, and a fruit chutney that you can use to add a little punch to your meals. Once you learn to do this the possibilities are endless!

Everyone who attends will take home pint samples of each condiment and receive recipes by email of everything we cover in this workshop.

Samples will be provided of veggie pickles, fruit chutney, and onion relish to taste.

Where: Dallas Farmer’s MarketĀ 1010 S. Pearl Expressway, Dallas, TX 75201 at the corner of Pearl Expwy and Farmers in the Multi Purpose Room on the second level. To park drive under the outdoor bridge between the two buildings and park in the rear. Enter the building on the right (where the Pegasus statue is) and take the elevator to the second level. Cross the outdoor bridge to enter the Multi Purpose Room.

When: Friday May 4th, 2012, 7-9 pm

Cost: $45/person
