Regular monthly fermentation workshops inspired by the work of Sandor Katz, taking place at two biodynamic community farms in East Sussex, England:
Tablehurst Farm and Plaw Hatch Farm.
All proceeds from the workshops go to raise funds for the building of a straw bale eco farmhouse at Tablehurst Farm and to fund the Young Biodynamic Farmer Apprentice Scheme at Plaw Hatch Farm.
The workshops cost £25 which includes all fresh organic and biodynamic produce used during the classes. Participants take away two 500ml kilner jars of ferments they have made during the class.
These classes have proven very popular and I’d like to thank Sandor hugely for the wonderful inspiration and courage he has given me to make these happen!
