Fermenation Basics

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is taught by others (not Sandor).

April 13th for Greensgrow Farms 12-2
We will taste tasty things, cover basic principles of fermentation and get our hands dirty making sauerkraut, lactopickles and kombucha. Everyone will leave with a jar of pickles or sauerkraut, and some will get kombucha cultures (SCOBYs) to take home.

The proceeds of Greensgrow workshops go to support low-income CSA program and improvements to the community kitchen where the workshops are held.
