April 13th for Greensgrow Farms 12-2
We will taste tasty things, cover basic principles of fermentation and get our hands dirty making sauerkraut, lactopickles and kombucha. Everyone will leave with a jar of pickles or sauerkraut, and some will get kombucha cultures (SCOBYs) to take home.
