Beer Brewing – start up

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is taught by others (not Sandor).

This course is aimed at people who have not brewed before or who have only used extract. We cover the theory and will take you through the whole “full mash” brewing process using grain rather than extract. We also cover the importance of the ingredients and equipment so that everyone will have the knowledge to brew successfully at home. Each participant will get a demijohn of the brew to take away and ferment. This class is run by the head brewer of Left Bank Brewery and is limited to 6 participants.
