Basics of Fermentation

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is taught by others (not Sandor).

April 14th for the South Philly Food Co-op 1-3pm.

We will be making sourdough, lactopickles and yogurt. There will be plenty of finished samples to taste and everyone who purchases a \”take-home culture\” ticket will leave with their own jar of pickles and a yogurt starter or sourdough starter.

All proceeds will go towards achieving the goals of the co-op, which include finding a space for our cooperative grocery store!
