Bring your home ferments to share with others and get your fermentation questions answered. Sandor will demonstrate kraut making.
The Kitchen at the Arts Center is home to two fermenters:
Half Hill Farm and Short Mountain Cultures.
Half Hill will do a short Kombucha workshop, provide free sample tastings of their product, and will have scobys, mother, crocks, and tea available for folks ready to make their own.
Short Mountain Cultures will share information about tempeh and demonstrate various tempeh cooking techniques.
